Yes, we cannot transport and store hazardous & flammable materials, illegal items & substances and pets. Customers are also strongly encouraged to personally keep safe and self transport all easily portable personal valuables, including cash, cards, jewellery, watches, branded items and important personal documents.
Yes, we provide carton boxes (on loan basis), tapes and labels as part of our basic packing package. Additional packing supplies such as bubble wrap and newsprint paper are also available for purchase. You can also add on our full packing service for added convenience.
We take special care with fragile items by using high-quality packing materials, cushioning and secure packing techniques. Please inform us in advance about any fragile or delicate item(s) so we can prepare appropriately.
