From the start of quotation enquiry until the end of the move and even the collection of carton boxes back and the refund of my deposit have been a breeze. Angeline is very helpful and polite and prompt, to the point that I have to tell her she don’t need to answer my off office hours questions. The mover guys were very experienced and thorough and helpful. They were very organized amongst themselves so the packing was done very fast. More protection was given to my iMac and tv. Plus the usual carton boxes and clingwrap. Reminder was also given to be a day before the move by Angeline. The guy arrived right at our stipulated time. After unpacking, I texted Angeline to ask them to pick up the boxes, she promptly arrange and the guys came the next day. After the cartons were returned, I didn’t even text Angeline to ask about the deposit refund, she already texted me asking for my account number and deposit is transferred 6 mins after I reply. I feel very thankful to have gotten them as my mover. They did such a great job. Big thank you to the shin movers team!

Amongst so many other movers I enquired, Shin Movers stood out immediately right from the first point of contact. Replies to my queries are not a hostile short response like those from some movers, but many complete sentences to clarify all my doubts with regards to the moving procedure and the fee involved. Customer service representative was friendly and experienced. I've read reviews of other movers on how actual costs of moving is much greater than the quoted price, but I was given quite an accurate quotation just by sending the photos of the things I had to move. I was even informed how the fee might change if certain items require special handling. The move was scheduled at 9am, but they arrived around 8.30am when we were still packing. The movers did not rush us and asked us to continue packing as they'll also take time to move other things. When reaching the new location, mover asked where to put each box so it'll be convenient for us to unpack. Very satisfied with the overall service, especially because I saved about 20% to go with them. The only issue is that the movers were not extremely careful when removing the cling wrap. Their knife cut our table and sofa slightly but we're not too particular with that. So if you have really expensive items, just remind them to be careful. 3-men team to move 3-room flat within 3 hours 👍

Shin movers are very responsive on WhatsApp (Ms Angeline). Delivery of boxes on time without reminder. On the day of shift on 8 Apr, the team came 30mins earlier as to factor in packing and traveling time (our shift from Simei to Jurong West) Their pricing is also very reasonable (1/3 of another mover's quotation). They are helpful, friendly and punctual. Overall we are very satisfied with their service and surely will engage their service again in future!
